BACKGROUND: Our client retained us to secure permanent residence for his wife. We filed two petitions. First, his wife must be classified as an immigrant through I-130 immigration petition for alien relative. At the same time and on the same day, we filed a I-485 application for adjustment of status for our client’s wife.
Date of Application: April 15, 2014
Date of Interview: July 14, 2014
Date of Approval: July 15, 2014
WE HELPED OUR PROVE THAT his marriage was bona fide and the result of love and trust. We also helped our clients understand how to interview best, given the evidence they provide. Over all, our client was able to present an account that his wife met all criteria set in law and was eligible for marriage green card.
CHALLENGE: Marriage green card cases now include an interview, which may require legal assistance. We can help you understand the expectation from interviewing officers and prepare answers true and fitting for the occasion.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS AND ONE DAY AFTER THE INTERVIEW, our client’s wife was granted marriage green card.
